We have extensive experience in design across multiple creative applications such as Photoshop. If you have an idea for a design, but don’t know how to turn it into a digital format, we can assist. If you need to modify an already existing design, we can help there too.
b. Digitization
Digitization is one of the most challenging parts about machine embroidery. It describes the process of using specialized software to turn an image into a file that the embroidery machine can read. This involves many steps including programming in each individual stitch, jump, and cut. Due to the difficulty of the process, many companies in the area outsource their digitization to Asia, resulting in less control over quality. However, we here at Orono Embroidery have half a decade of professional experience digitizing embroidery files. This ensures customizability, quality control, and ability to make revisions.
