1. What is your minimum order quantity?

We do not impose a minimum for most embroidery orders. However, bulk orders will receive discounted pricing. If you’re unsure, just reach out, we’re flexible and happy to work with both individuals and businesses.

2. How do I submit my logo or artwork for embroidery?

We prefer high-resolution, vector-based files (AI, EPS, or PDF). If you only have a raster image (PNG, JPG), try to ensure it’s at least 300 dpi and as clean as possible (no watermarks or shadows). Artwork can be emailed to [email protected]. If you need help converting or cleaning up a file, let us know, we can assist with basic adjustments at no extra charge.

3. How long does it take to complete an embroidery order?

Turnaround time greatly depends on the availability of products to be embroidered. If the customer provides the product, or we already have it in stock, it can be as fast as 2-3 business days. If we have to go through a supplier, the design is extremely complex, or the order quantity is large, then longer turnaround times are expected
